What have banks accepted near your property?
Pick a locality and a property type. The band is the inter-quartile range of rates adopted in bank valuation reports within two kilometres, on one stated area basis and weighted towards recent evidence — figures no portal can show you, because they come from issued reports, not asking prices.

Need a reference valuation today, not next week?

Questions banks and clients ask
Which valuation formats do you issue?
Every empanelled bank's own format — SBI Annexure formats and VVM filing, Union Bank's D1 cost-vetting structure, PNB Appendix-I, HDFC, Canara, Indian Bank's Annexure-4 summary, Central Bank and Punjab & Sind Bank — plus IBBI-format reports for insolvency and Companies Act work, and plain-language reports for courts and individuals.
How fast is a report?
Retail properties (flats, bungalows, shops) are typically reported within 48–72 hours of the site visit once documents are complete. Industrial units, factories and projects take about a week. Express retail reports are possible on request.
What makes the rate in your report defensible?
Every report prints its market search and a rate build-up: our own bank of adopted rates near the property, the government jantri as a floor and sanity check, and live listings haircut to transaction level. The reconciliation is in the annexure, so a credit officer or an auditor can follow it.
Do you value plant and machinery and imported equipment?
Yes — Rajesh Ganatra is registered under Category VII (plant & machinery) with a master's degree in P&M valuation. Imported machines are verified from bills of entry and manufacturers, never written off as "nil".
Can you work outside Ahmedabad?
Our Rajkot office, branches in Vadodara, Surat, Mehsana and Mumbai, and associate valuers in five more cities cover Gujarat and Mumbai routinely; other states on request through our associate network.
How do I send an assignment?
Use the assignment form, WhatsApp the office number, or email the assignment letter — you get a case reference within minutes either way.
