About the firm
Seventeen years of saying what a property is worth — and showing why.
Rajesh Ganatra Valuation Services opened in Ahmedabad in 2009 and joined its first bank panel in January 2010. RGVS Professionals LLP, formed in 2023, carries the practice forward: the same signature, a larger team, and an evidence bank that grows with every report.
Rajesh Ganatra Managing Partner
Civil engineer (L. E. College, Morbi, 1995) with master's degrees in Real Estate Valuation (2018) and Plant & Machinery Valuation (2022). IBBI Registered Valuer for land & building, registered under section 34AB in Categories I and VII, Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Valuers and a government-registered arbitrator.
He has signed more than five thousand valuation, project, LIE and plant reports for banks, courts and companies, and still reads every report before it goes out. His standing rules — an independent market search in every report, a rate build-up a stranger can follow, no anchoring to earlier valuations, no "nil" for an imported machine without checking — are the firm's quality system.
Chaula Ganatra Designated Partner
Designated partner of RGVS Professionals LLP, responsible for the firm's administration, client service and the office team that keeps 300 pages a day moving from site to signature.
How we work
Rules we keep on every file.
Evidence we own
Every adopted rate goes into the firm's data bank with its date, bank and location. More than a thousand points, going back to 2010, checked before the next report in that locality is signed.
Independent of other reports
Prior valuations in a file are read, listed, and not relied upon. Our figure is built from our own evidence, so two reports on one property never quietly copy each other.
Three layers, reconciled
Bank-report evidence, the government jantri and live listings are compared on one basis; jantri is a floor and a sanity check, never averaged in.
Read the documents
Deeds, plans, NA and BU orders and tax records are read line by line. Missing papers are stated as missing, with the assessment's dependence on them made clear.
Audited before signature
A second pair of eyes checks every percentage, label and figure against the firm's conventions; the corrections log stays with the file.
Diplomatic, auditable wording
Reports are written for the credit auditor who reads them in five years: caveats stated as the valuer's own basis, no remarks addressed to the bank.
Registrations
Credentials a bank can verify.
Registration numbers are printed on every report. Certificates are sent with the empanelment pack on request.
